۱. مالکیت محتوای شما
1. Ownership of Your Content
شما مالک حقوقی محتوایی هستید که طبق قانون به شما تعلق دارد و در Tweek منتشر میکنید (متن، تصویر، ویدیو، صدا و...). با انتشار محتوا در Tweek، شما مجوزی غیرانحصاری، قابلانتقال و در سطح جهانی به Tweek اعطا میکنید تا آن محتوا را برای ارائه، نمایش، و توزیع در چارچوب عملکرد پلتفرم میزبانی و پردازش کند. این مجوز مالکیت شما بر محتوا را از بین نمیبرد.
You retain legal ownership of content you have the right to post on Tweek (text, images, video, audio, etc.). By posting content on Tweek, you grant Tweek a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform. This license does not transfer your ownership of the content.

انتشار محتوایی که حقوق مالکیت فکری دیگران (از جمله کپیرایت و علائم تجاری) را نقض میکند، ممنوع است. Tweek طبق قوانین قابلاعمال ایران و رویههای داخلی خود، گزارشهای نقض کپیرایت را بررسی میکند و میتواند محتوای متخلف را حذف یا حساب مربوطه را محدود کند.
Posting content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others (including copyright and trademarks) is prohibited. Tweek reviews copyright infringement reports in accordance with applicable Iranian law and its internal procedures, and may remove infringing content or restrict the associated account.

3. Reporting Infringement
اگر معتقدید محتوایی در Tweek حقوق مالکیت فکری شما را نقض کرده، میتوانید از طریق Help Center گزارشی شامل: مشخص کردن محتوای مورد نظر (لینک یا شناسه)، توضیح حق مالکیت فکریای که نقض شده، و اطلاعات تماس خود ارسال کنید. Tweek پس از بررسی، اقدام مناسب را انجام خواهد داد.
If you believe content on Tweek infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a report through the Help Center including: identification of the content in question (link or ID), a description of the right that was infringed, and your contact information. Tweek will review the report and take appropriate action.

ارسال گزارش نقض کپیرایت نادرست یا با نیت سوءاستفاده از فرآیند گزارشدهی، ممنوع است و میتواند منجر به اقدامات مربوط به همان حساب گزارشدهنده شود.
این سند صرفاً جنبهی اطلاعرسانی دارد و مشاورهی حقوقی محسوب نمیشود.
Submitting a false copyright infringement report, or abusing the reporting process in bad faith, is prohibited and may result in action against the reporting account.
