1. Age & Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age required under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and your local jurisdiction to use Tweek. Where parental/guardian consent is legally required, you must obtain it. Registering with false information, including a false age, is prohibited.

2. Prohibited Content

Posting or using Tweek for any of the following is prohibited:

Violence & threats: serious threats against individuals or groups, and encouraging or organizing violence.
Hateful conduct: attacking or threatening people based on ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics.
Harassment: targeted harassment, sustained humiliation, or encouraging others to harass a person.
Child sexual exploitation: any content related to this is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.
Self-harm: encouraging, promoting, or organizing self-harm or suicide is prohibited.
Illegal activity: using the platform to organize or facilitate any activity that violates the laws of Iran or other applicable law is prohibited.

3. Spam & Engagement Manipulation

The following are prohibited: mass posting of duplicate content, unsolicited messages, mass mentions, artificial follow/unfollow behavior, creating multiple accounts for abuse, disruptive advertising, buying or faking engagement or followers, artificially inflating views or likes, manipulating rankings or trends, and using networks of fake accounts to boost popularity.

4. Impersonation, Fraud & Private Information

Impersonating people or organizations, creating deceptive accounts, phishing, fake login pages, requesting others' passwords, deceptive financial promises, and fake transactions are prohibited. Publishing another person's private information without authorization — including addresses, phone numbers, login credentials, or financial details — is prohibited.

5. Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, Tweek may apply one of the following levels:
Level 1: Warning issued.
Level 2: Certain features restricted.
Level 3: Content removal or temporary access restriction.
Level 4: Temporary account suspension.
Level 5: Permanent account suspension.

If your account is suspended, you must not create a replacement account to evade the suspension.

6. Appeals

Where Tweek offers an appeal option, you may request a review through the Help Center. Your appeal should include enough information for us to reassess the decision.

1. Don't endanger the safety of others.
2. Don't impersonate anyone.
3. Don't spam.
4. Don't manipulate engagement.
5. Don't share others' private information.
6. Don't threaten or harass.
7. Don't use the service to defraud people.
8. Don't bypass platform security.
9. Don't manipulate Premium, Verification, or Wallet.
10. Don't exploit bugs for unauthorized advantage.
11. Don't evade a suspended account.
12. Don't misuse the API or bots.
13. Don't post illegal content or content that infringes others' rights.
14. Be responsible for your account and content.
15. Report vulnerabilities through official channels.
