۱. پذیرش قوانین

با ثبتنام، ورود یا استفاده از Tweek، شما موافقت میکنید که این شرایط استفاده، بههمراه Rules، Privacy Policy و Copyright را که بخش جداییناپذیر همین توافقاند، رعایت کنید. اگر با این شرایط موافق نیستید، از سرویس استفاده نکنید.
By registering, logging in, or using Tweek, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use together with the Rules, Privacy Policy, and Copyright policy, which form an integral part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

شما مسئول امنیت حساب خود هستید و نباید رمز عبور یا Session خود را عمداً در اختیار دیگران قرار دهید، هویت شخص دیگری را جعل کنید، یا از حساب دیگران بدون اجازه استفاده کنید. Tweek میتواند در صورت مشاهدهی فعالیت مشکوک، برای حفظ امنیت، حساب را موقتاً محدود یا بررسی کند.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must not deliberately share your password or session with others, impersonate anyone, or access another person's account without permission. Tweek may temporarily restrict or review an account if it detects suspicious activity, in order to protect user safety.

Premium یک اشتراک پولی است که امکانات اضافی ارائه میدهد و فقط پس از تأیید موفق پرداخت فعال میشود؛ فعالسازی آن با تغییر Request، Cookie، JavaScript یا سایر روشهای سمت کاربر ممنوع و تخلف محسوب میشود. پس از پایان دوره، Premium بهصورت خودکار منقضی میشود مگر تمدید شود. نشان Verification صرفاً به معنای بررسی حساب مطابق معیارهای Tweek است و تأییدی بر عقاید یا محتوای صاحب حساب نیست؛ در صورت جعل هویت یا نقض جدی قوانین ممکن است تعلیق یا حذف شود.
Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features and is activated only after successful payment confirmation; attempting to activate it by altering requests, cookies, JavaScript, or other client-side methods is prohibited and treated as a violation. Premium expires automatically at the end of its period unless renewed. The Verification badge only indicates the account was reviewed against Tweek's criteria — it is not an endorsement of the account holder's views or content — and may be suspended or removed in cases of impersonation or serious rule violations.

4. Tweeks Wallet
Wallet سیستمی داخلی برای مدیریت اعتبار/موجودی طبق امکانات Tweek است. موجودی از سمت Client قابل تعیین نیست و تمام تراکنشها باید توسط سرور اعتبارسنجی شوند. دستکاری Balance، ایجاد تراکنش یا پرداخت جعلی، Replay کردن تراکنش، یا دسترسی به Wallet کاربر دیگر ممنوع است. در صورت مشاهدهی فعالیت مشکوک، Tweek میتواند برای حفظ امنیت، تراکنش را بررسی یا عملیات مربوطه را موقتاً متوقف کند.
The Wallet is an internal system for managing credit/balance according to Tweek's features. Balances cannot be set from the client, and all transactions must be validated server-side. Manipulating balances, creating fake transactions or payments, replaying transactions, or accessing another user's wallet is prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, Tweek may review the transaction or temporarily halt the related operation to protect account security.

استفاده از API باید مطابق مستندات و محدودیتهای اعلامشده باشد. سوءاستفاده، اسپم، استخراج غیرمجاز داده، دور زدن Rate Limit، و استفاده از اطلاعات ورود دیگران ممنوع است. رباتهای موجود روی پلتفرم نباید برای اسپم، فریب، دستکاری یا افزایش مصنوعی تعامل استفاده شوند.
API usage must comply with the published documentation and rate limits. Abuse, spam, unauthorized data extraction, bypassing rate limits, and using other users' credentials are prohibited. Bots on the platform must not be used for spam, deception, manipulation, or artificially inflating engagement.
۶. امنیت پلتفرم

تلاش برای دسترسی غیرمجاز به حساب دیگران، سرقت Session/Token، دور زدن Authentication یا Authorization، و استفاده از باگ برای دریافت Premium رایگان، افزایش موجودی Wallet، یا هر مزیت دیگر، اکیداً ممنوع است. آسیبپذیریهای امنیتی باید صرفاً از مسیر رسمی (Help Center) گزارش شوند.
Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts, stealing sessions/tokens, bypassing authentication or authorization, and exploiting bugs to obtain free Premium, inflate a wallet balance, or gain any other advantage are strictly prohibited. Security vulnerabilities must be reported only through the official channel (Help Center).
۷. در دسترس بودن سرویس
7. Service Availability
Tweek تلاش میکند سرویس را پایدار نگه دارد، اما تضمین نمیکند که همیشه بدون خطا یا قطعی باشد. دسترسی ممکن است به دلیل نگهداری، مشکلات فنی، حملات، یا عوامل خارج از کنترل موقتاً محدود شود.
Tweek strives to keep the service stable but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Access may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, technical issues, attacks, or factors beyond our control.
۸. تغییر قوانین و قانون حاکم
8. Changes & Governing Law
Tweek ممکن است این شرایط را برای تغییر سرویس، الزامات قانونی، امنیت یا قابلیتهای جدید بهروزرسانی کند؛ در تغییرات مهم، اطلاعرسانی مناسب انجام خواهد شد. استفاده از Tweek تابع قوانین قابلاعمال جمهوری اسلامی ایران و سایر قوانین قضایی مربوطه است. هیچیک از این شرایط نباید بهعنوان حذف یا محدودکردن حقوقی که قانون به کاربر اعطا کرده، تفسیر شود.
این سند صرفاً جنبهی اطلاعرسانی دارد و مشاورهی حقوقی محسوب نمیشود؛ برای اطمینان کامل از انطباق قانونی، مشورت با وکیل متخصص توصیه میشود.
Tweek may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, security needs, or new features; material changes will be communicated appropriately. Use of Tweek is governed by the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and other relevant jurisdictions. Nothing in these terms should be read as removing or limiting any right granted to you by law.
